One headline two falsities. IMHO.

They always teach us backwards to keep us in conflict.

Mathematically everyone is connected so everyone is you and you need to love thyself. Everyone deserves our love and especially our compassion even and especially The Quack.

Love is endless. There is no “too much”. The well is Universe sized and never runs out. The more you give the more there is and it is good for your health.
