Maybe more sanity will present itself with other issues too like:

Civilian forfeiture.

Torture.

Extraordinary Rendition.

Nuclear Waste.

Term limits.

Private prison systems.

And my favorite, war for profit.

Good on ya Schumer, even though I am guessing there is a 50/50 chance you are motivated by situational & self diagnosed survival ethics.
