I think part of it is genetic. It's genetically natural to be wary of each other and of other races. We are afterall animals first.... The idea that the white race has enslaved and oppressed the black races is important historically from a religious, political and financial viewpoint of course. It's similar to other enslavements and genocides of races over each other. We certainly live in a time where this has reached a point of common understanding and discussion so that those with power and money are becomming increasingly nervous but their plans include this eventuality. They are trans-generational beings.
I also think that genetic programming and genetic memory are involved. I think we can evolve but to ignore the genetic component is to deny ourselves some of the factors involved in solving the equation. peace through truth is the only way through but first we must find the common enemy of truth.
