The mechanism of trauma based mass mind control is not understood by most and is indeed the top secret weapon of choice used by the elites to control the masses. Seems like you are feeling it?
Here are a few terms to consider:
"Revelation of the Method". " Predictive Programming". Castration of the Cause". "Sublimation of Sovereignty". Hegelian Dialectic.
Simply put, we know that the subconscious mind can not tell the difference between a murder on a TV show and a murder in real life, so just ask your self this: If you had to witness a murder in front of your own house every single day what effect would it have on your mental health? How does one's feelings of security affect their quality of life?
We also know that where the attention goes so goes the energy and that energy is what actually creates reality in this 3D world. The process is "out of normal time" so we don't see it that well, but we are learning. "Revelations".
Thirdly, all division leads to violence. When we consider another human as anything other than another human, ie, Black, Asian, Caucasion, Indian etc. we are creating another jolt of division. This is true at every level of thought. This is also the root of so many other human ills including brain fog.
Everyone feels entitled to revenge. It's natural, but revenge serves only the Watchers.
